Coyotes

The Coyote population in Maryland has an approximate 30% annual increase. Coyote are found in every county in Maryland, some more than others. Coyotes are most active at sunrise and sunset. Dens are used for raising pups and are usually taken from other animals such as fox and ground hogs. Coyotes eat mice, rats, rabbits, pet food left out, seeds and occasionally live stock, small dogs and cats left unattended.

Mid-Atlantic Wildlife Control uses humane live trapping techniques and in some cases deterrents and exclusion barriers.
