Attics are a common place for wildlife to make a home, especially if an attic isn’t commonly entered or used. Though the animals, themselves, may be harmless, they can cause a great deal of damage that affects the health of your home as well as the people in your home. Due to this, it is important to solve the problem before it has the opportunity to escalate.

What is an Attic Cleanout?

An attic cleanout is when wildlife control technicians enter an attic currently inhabited or previously inhabited by wildlife and cleans it, restoring it to its original, clean condition. When animals inhabit your attic, there are a number of damages that they can create such as:

  • Leaving behind poop or urine in the insulation
  • Leaving behind parasites, roundworms, and other pathogens

Our Process

All of our technicians have the proper training and equipment to make sure that the entire mess is cleaned and nothing harmful or unwanted is left behind. When our technicians first set foot into the attic, they will remove any large animal droppings that they find. From there, they will vacuum any smaller droppings, leaving nothing left behind. From there, the attic will be fogged with a cleaning solution to remove any dangerous odors so that you and your family can breathe safely.

We also offer a full insulation removal and reinstallation of your attic so that you won’t have to worry about any damages that may have occurred to that area of your home.
